When her longtime Executive Assistant announced plans to depart, Trish was understandably bereft. The role was central to her clinical practice’s daily operations and rhythm, and the idea of replacing such a trusted team member felt overwhelming. Approach:
I partnered closely with Trish to develop a clear and compelling position description that reflected the responsibilities of the role and the tone and values of her practice. I then posted the opportunity on LinkedIn and quickly began screening applicants.
Within two weeks, I identified four strong candidates and provided Trish with summaries of each, including my insights into their qualifications, communication style, and likely fit.
